Refunds and Exchanges:
Returns: If you would like to return an item please contact [email protected] within (11) days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return your item(s) must be packaged, unused and in the same condition you received it in. You will have to pay for shipping to get your item(s) to us for the return. Once we have received and inspected the item(s), you will be notified that your return has been accepted or denied. If accepted please allow up to 14 days to receive your refund. If denied, we will ship your items back. You will not be refunded for any shipping costs.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item please contact [email protected] within (11) days of your delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange your item(s) must be packaged, unused and in the same condition you received it in. You will have to pay for shipping to get your item(s) to us for the exchange. Once we have received and inspected the item(s), you will be notified that your exchange has been accepted or denied. If accepted, we will send the replacement item. If denied, your original item will be returned. The same processing, handling and shipping time will be applied.
Cancellations: If you would like to cancel your order please contact [email protected] before you receive a tracking number. If you have received a tracking number, you will not be able to cancel your order as it has already been shipped out.
